At **Yours pick**, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless and stress-free. Below are the details of our policies to ensure transparency and trust.

### **Shipping Policy** 🚚  

✔ **Processing Time:** Orders are processed within **1–2 business days** (excluding Sundays & national holidays).  
✔ **Delivery Time:** **2–5 working days** nationwide (may extend to **7 days** during peak seasons).  
✔ **Order Confirmation:** New customers receive a call/SMS/WhatsApp confirmation from our team.  
✔ **No Sunday Deliveries:** Deliveries resume on the next business day.

### **Returns & Exchanges Policy** 🔄  

We want you to love what you buy! If not, here’s how we help:  

#### **1. 15-Day Return Window**  
- Items must be **unused, unopened, and in original packaging** with tags.  
- Returns must be initiated within **15 days** of delivery.  
- **Customer covers return shipping costs** (use a traceable courier).  

#### **2. Faulty or Incorrect Items**  
- Report issues **within 48 hours** of delivery.  
- We’ll cover return shipping for **defective/wrong items** and replace/refund promptly.  

#### **3. Exchanges**  
- Subject to stock availability.  
- Fill out the **return form** (linked below), and we’ll arrange a pickup.  
- **Exchange fee:** **Rs. 350** (covers 2-way courier charges).  

#### **4. Non-Refundable Costs**  
- **Delivery charges (Rs. 250)** are non-refundable for "change of mind" returns.  
- Free delivery means costs are embedded in the product price.  

#### **5. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange**  
1. Fill out the **[Return Form](#)** (at the bottom of the page).  
2. Our team will contact you within **24 hours** to confirm.  
3. Pack the item securely and await pickup (for exchanges) or ship it back (for refunds).  
4. Refunds are processed within **3–5 business days** after we receive the item.

### **Important Notes**  
- **No refunds for:** Used/altered items, products damaged by customers, or lost return shipments (use tracking!).  
- **Refunds** are issued via the original payment method (except COD refunds via bank transfer).
